Need to VENT!!!

Okay I need to vent so hear it goes..... and BTW I am talking EXTREMELY loud! Grrrrrrrrrr
Okay so we board our horses for 2 more weeks down the road from our house. We are moving them a 20 acre piece of proprty with a barn soon enough! yeah on that!!!!
PROBLEM! The other people at the barn we board at WILL NOT let me put their horses in the back pasture with my horses to give momma and baby a few days to adjust. So what happens is they ALL stand at the back of her stall and stick thier noses in and she is running circles and trying to kick them to get them away. The other people don't care and it really TICKS me off!!!

Oh I would be so mad too.... can you put something over the door so there is no way they can see through even if it is just a tarp or plywood or something? Maybe give momma the illusion she is a little more by herself.

It's really to hot in Texas to block the ventilation so I broke my round pen down and put up a few panels to giver her a cushion. I hope this helps.

I need to vent too! I am thinking about taking my gelding out of the stable and putting him in pasture. Some how the owners got wind of this and now are treating me very rudely!! Of course they have not confronted me but just talked behind my back to every other boarder in the barn instead. I did not find this out till late last night. They should be understanding about it as having a horse in pasture is a lot better than in the stall. I think that since they are the owners of the barn that they should not tell other boarders any business of other boarders! Sorry had to vent---

Good Lord. I am so glad I have my own place and do not have to deal with anyone on this.. I would be P'OD to say the least..

I can tell you gosh-darned thing... if I were paying somebody to keep my gosh-darned horse, I'm the customer, I'm always right, by GAWD, and that's the way it'd be.

Cindy, I know it's a bit of a haul, but you are more than welcome to bring mom and babe up here... I've got tons and tons of room!!!!

Yes, I'm also glad that mine are all in my yard. I put up an extra wall in mine because the other's would peek. Just start the countdown you will be out of there soon.

WELL!!! 2 weeks went by really fast! The lady let us move in early, like yesterday!! I moved 7 horses, 55 bales of hay, a huge round pen and all the horse fixins to go with in 1 day! I AM EXHAUSTED!!!!!
This place is beautiful and I am so happy to have it all to myself!!!! I thought it was 20 acres, but turns out it's a little over 100 acres and 35 of it is fenced. She said there are tons of deer and to have fun!!!
