| I'm getting super aggravated here! So I have my favorite pair of Cruel jeans. Show time, so I run up to the yocal/local western store, unzip my pants and ask them to order me four pair. Well, guess what, Cruel isn't making them anymore! GAWD! So she says... what about these - the ones that have the slit down at the bottom and sort of faded on the front... and I told her real quick, I don't think that'd be appropriate in the show ring. So now I'm going to have to go and visit thrift shops, see if I can find the right kind, either that, or I have to go to Cavendar's in Longview and spend a wasted two freaking hours trying on jeans... and I absolutely hate trying on clothes! Finally figured out why my Cinch's don't fit right... I'm short-waisted in the front; long-waisted in the back, so I'm always pulling them up in the back and pushing them down in the front... and if they ride up in the fornt, I've got this extra bluejean material around my yaya, and it's about to drive me crazy, much less when they're starched! If anybody's got any size 7 XL Cruel jeans, with a certain number on it they're not using... I'LL BUY 'EM FROM YA!!!!! And before you young'uns pop in... I'm fixing to be 48 years old, and I'm not wearing any hip huggers... HA! | |

| Just incase you don't find what you're looking for and have to go try some jeans on, Wrangler has come out with some super nice fitting pants, my mom even likes them. And from the way quite a few of them look (because they're made for riding) they tend to be a little lower in the front and a little longer in the back, so those may work for you. Not sure if you've tried Auroa (sp?) jeans by wrangler, but when I ride in local shows, I usually wear those, not to mention they're about the most dang comfortable jeans on the planet, have a size for almost everyone with a variety of waist choices (above, right at, or below.), and you buy a size smaller than what you normally wear, and let me tell you, that can make you feel good on some of those bad days lol. I'm not a fan of the Cinch jeans because IMO, they just don't hold up. I don't like the classic fit wranglers either, my GAWD you must have no hips or butt to wear those things even a little comfortably. I've never tried Cruel jeans, because well, they're about $70.00 a pair at the four nearest shops. And well, the day I pay that for something that's just going to get ripped and dirty, I better had won the lottery or something. | |

I'm not that old yet... HA!...that's why I need my Cruel's, so I can still show off what I still have... I know, I know! | |

| So now I need to run to Cavender's right quick... HA! Well, checked on E-bay - have e-mailed some to make sure about the cut and style. I think I found one pair, for all of about $15, but it says "relaxed fit"... and I think that's what mine are - so I get 'em up over my hips.... And I ask you, who in the world wears a size 0 or 1 in jeans? I mean, what, a 9-year old anaxeric (sp?) little thing? I don't know what I wore when I was a kid... I just remember always wearing either size 5 or 7's... Those size 0 and 1 people must have both legs coming out of one socket... jeesh! (sorry if I offended anybody - you should be ashmed though - EAT! HA!) | |

| I LOVE the Aura jeans by Wrangler. They're all I will wear now...super comfy, and I'm a size smaller, which is nice on the ego. And 7C...back off! If Clara ever crosses the state line into Texas, I've got dibs. She's perfect! | |

| Haha. I don't think I could give Clara up, but I can bring her down to give some pony rides. I am actually thinking of moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth area after college, so I will have to give you guys a call to show me around the Lonestar State! | |

| Cruel Girl has stopped making a LOT of their jeans I am VERY desperate to find some more XXlongs in my size, but, low and behold, they dont make them anymore. What I did was call the company (trying to find if they knew of anywhere that had placed an order for that size). The lady I spoke with said that they have weekly meetings to discuss this sort of stuff. It may not be until Fall before they get your size/cut on the market, but at least they will have it, LOL! | |

| Well, I think it's just aggravating as all get out. Seems like, and you young'us don't take this wrong now, that every store is catering to the very young. I'm not going to wear danged hip huggers or some funky stuff that a danged near 50-year old woman shouldn't be wearing. I'm going to check out that Aurora (sp?) jeans out though. And Lovinglopin, no problemo. Yikes. I sure would like to get my hands on Clara though and breed her - that's one put together mare! tehe! Qhorse163, I was going to ask you... are you going to take her into performance halter? If you haven't thought about it, you should! Jam-up mare you've got there! | |

| 7C I think you'd look purty dang nice in a pair of hip huggers 20x doesn't make my favorite jeans anymore either... soo it kinda sucks lol and if I do buy new jeans I have to wash and dry 'em like 50 bagillion times before they fit... oh if I only had a butt haha | |

| Well, Nat, my sweet, my love... you're just a wittle 'un... I bet you don't even wear a gosh-darned size 0, do ya? And you've got a butt... whatcha talking about??? And you'll not see my fanny in no hip huggers... huh-uh, ain't happening! Cantjog.... I still keep wanting to say Slowride... anyhoo, what pants are you getting now? You're built like I used to be, so maybe I can start from there... I just hate going to the danged western store though and trying on jeans... and talking to a 15-year old about why I can't wear those gosh-darned things in the blasted show ring. | |

| Sheila - I am planning on showing her in Performance Halter just as soon as I get her Amateur ROM. She's qualified in the Youth division but was never really shown much Amateur before I got her. Of course they had to add the PH the year AFTER I'm out of youth. Hopefully I can get 10 pts. pretty easily in Showmanship, and then hopefully AQHA will be quick in getting my ROM to me! haha. I would love to show her in it at Region 5 but not sure if I will be able to get the ROM in time. Time will tell. I'll probably keep taking her in regular Halter up until then. | |
