| We do it the same way as Triple J... make the trailer into a box stall and then tie momma up...that way baby can get away from her legs if needed. | |

As far as the shipping goes, we do the exact same thing here too, tie mom and let baby loose. I've never had a problem with it this way. | |

| What a darling lil one.. I haul mine loose as well. Mom tied so she does not loose sight of her foal and lil one loose. Great training by the way to trailering. I have hauled some that way and they were trained the first go around.. Always good when you can kill two birds with one stone.. I would never kill a bird.. But, you have the visual on the training part I am sure.. | |
