County Fair

We had our county fair this week. I forgot to take pics but on sunday my aunt came so these pics are from her. It was just the open game show so we didn't have to dress up.

Thursday was games but we didn't do very well. Friday was 4h pleasure classes and Cisco and I got Reserve Champion. It poured rain so I didnt show Saturday. Sunday was open games and I got first in egg and spoon with 23 people in the class, and my sister and I got 3rd in cloverleaf barrels which was really good because there was a lot of really good people and horses.

O one other thing, it was dangerous? At LEAST 10 people fell of on sunday, it was CRAZY. The horses were ready to go and there was a lot of people there, just in the junior group i bet you there was 18 horses.

I agree, fair is always dangerous. Too many inexperienced kids and horses that aren't used to the show ring or even being off the farm!!

Yah, his old owners want him back, and also these two young girls that have a trainer i show with are really interested. Plus my best friend..I had to put up three new ads on the stalll so that means 20 numbers were takin haha but that doesn't realy mean anything. I hope he sells!!

Thanks for sharing that, Sip... Boy, did that ever bring back some memories... one of these days, remind me to tell you when they talked me in to showing my first Western Pleasure class... western what? HA!
