Hi Bobbey: Wow, that's really getting as close as what you would see under a microscope.... Wink . I got the results from AQHA and Stallionesearch and I guess they don't count more than 1000th of a second for qualifying times. Thanks for the correction and hope you have a good week........ sunny

Hi Smokey.
These times were faxed to us by Fair Meadows, seems like we always get the extra number when the time come directly from the tracks. You are right though, that is REALLY cutting it close.
I hope you are having a great week. We have had so much rain here I'm ready to buy a boat!! We had 20 days in a row that it rained some every day and not just a sprinkle, some times up to 6 inches. Then we had last Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday with no rain so I was able to get the riding lawn mower out and mow my 5 acres, had to go over some of the places twice 'cause the grass/weeds were so tall. And then the night of the 9th we got just over 5 inches of rain between 7:p.m. and about 3:30 a.m. with terrible thunder and lightning!!! Needless to say it didn't make things good for getting any sleep and our electricity went off about 3:30a.m. and they didn't get it back on until 4:30 in the afternoon yesterday. Today is suppose to be pretty good, only a 10/20% chance it will rain in central Oklahoma, but tomoow evening through the night we have another big storm headed right for us. There has been terrible flooding in Kansas, Oklahoma & Texas, even Louisiana is having problems , too.
How are things in Colorado??

Megas Way Tops Speedhorse Gold & Silver Futurity Qualifiers

TULSA, OK—July 9, 2007—Megas Way posted her third consecutive win at Fair Meadows on her way to setting the fastest qualifying time to the $392,755 Speedhorse Gold & Silver Cup Futurity(RG1) on Sunday night.
Racing for owner/breeder Scher-Win Farms, the Separatist filly covered the 350 yards in :17.7110 seconds to win the second of eight trials by ˝ length. Megas Way came into the race off a June 9th win in the $126,000 Oklahoma Futurity(RG2).

Trained by Stacey L. Capps and ridden by Debbie Freeman, Megas Way has earned more than $54,000 with a 3-0-1 record from four career starts.

Hi Bobbey: I really feel for all you guys getting all that rain. Ruined hay crops, MUD, horses standing in that nasty mess, etc. Winter and dealing with snow and wind is bad enough but dealing with horrid weather in spring and summer when it should be sunshine and blue skies has to be so depressing day after day after day. No It has been nice here, a little rain and a few 95-100 days. Hopefully the rain and flooding will stop soon and you'll be able to get things back to normal. sunny

Have you all heard anything about This Snow Is Cold being sick or hurt? Someone posted on the AQHA comments page about it.
