Back from the Pony Express

Well, we're back and boy am I exhausted!!! I'll upload pics tomorow. I left the camera in the trailer....

It was an experience though. The very 1st run, hubby's horse ditched
him! He made like a yard dart and went bam! He got back on and rode the
rest of that leg in pain and even made a second leg about 30 minutes
later. But then the pain really kicked in and I had to end up taking
him to the ER in Brenham. He's okay.... he has a crack in his butt! He's just bruised really bad. I'm going to take him back in a few days if he doesn't get better though. He can barely walk.

Other than that. Everything was great. I made all my runs and my horse
was perfect... well I rode my daughters little paint because she's not
scared of anything. I made one run on hubby's horse and EVERYTHING was
a monster! Even another horse the big dork!

We were voted the only team to leave the run, go to the ER and get back
before lunch! That's only because we had a police escort! Cops do have
thier perks! I've never had a police escort before. It was kinda cool.
On the way back from the ER they blocked off the intersections so I
could roll my rig straight on through!

Well, I'm beat. I'll try and upload everything tomorrow. I got some video too.

Glad atleast YOU had a good time, lol. Hope your husband's butt starts feeling better soon. I tried to type that without laughing, but I didn't succede lol.

Glad it went well at least for you! Hope hubbys bo hiney gets better. Does he have to sit on one of those donught things? Ive heard that cracked tail bones are killer.

What a great time.. What show was it? Hey I had a cracked tail bone, Its painful. Oh corse my big headed Son did it in childbirth.

Those pictures you posted were great! Looks like a ton of fun (anytime you can stop traffic-that's fun). I think that's such a neat thing you're able to do.
