| Moose is cute as a bug too! I like those kinds, it reminds me of a once popular dog, Spuds Mackenzie, he wasw the "spokesdog" for Budweiser a long time ago. | |

| I don't have pictures of all my pets... But I do have 5 outdoor cats (3 white, 1 grey n white, one black n white), we were also given two outdoor great pyranese X golden lab dogs when the group home shut down. Inside our house, we have 1 indoor cat, an orange tabby (oscar) whom I have owned since I was just shy of 5. Then there is lady, She is a lab X australian collie, and IMO is the best dog a person can have She is 11 or 12 this year Then there is Booker T who is an indoor/outdoor dog, around 4 or 5? and is a heinz 57! lol a great pyranese X Newfoundland X Irish Wolfhound. In this pic with her is my brother and his wife's pup a purebred choc lab pup. And here is Tasha, our pure Dalmation. She's 12 or 13... while a normal dalmation's life expectation is 10. And our newest addition, a 10 week old pure black lab pup, "Ebony". She's such a character. (Buck N Blue, Ill maybe have to PM you and see if you know anything about her bloodlines :0) | |

| So sorry to hear about your Biggins. He sure was a handsome guy!!!!!! Blue point, right? I have a 14yr old lynx pattern.....His name is Fancy (ofcourse!)...and a 4yr old blue point named Milo. He was our "replacement" kitten. We had bought a mitted seal....Moki....from a breeder in Twin Falls, ID. He was 16 weeks old when we got him. When he was 3yrs old we had to have him put to sleep.....We came home from work and found him paralized in the hind legs. Turned out he had cardiomyopathy and a saddle thrombosis. the breeder felt so bad, she gave us Milo. Ragdolls aren't like "normal" cats. Since they have no fight or flight....They don't act or even play like a normal cat. Ours have lots of toys. They just carry them around. | |

| Biggins was only 4 years old. He got out of the house at night and was hit by a car in a storm in the middle of the night. My mom found him the next morning and we took him to the vet. The vet had said that it was a clean break and that he had a good chance of survival but a few days later he got real lethargic. Mom was going to take him to the vet first thing in the morning but when I woke up from school I went to check on him in his kennel since we had to keep him confined and saw that he has passed away peacefully. It was quite sad but he's not in pain anymore.
They're definately not like normal cats. Though Oliver and Red LOVE to play. They're always chasing each other around the house. lol Red is about 4 years old maybe 5? I can't remember, we've had him since he was born though and Oliver is about 8 months old. If Oliver isn't sleeping he's running around with Red. He also has some toys, his favorite being his mouse. He carries that thing like it's his treasure.
I do believe Biggins was a blue color point. And Oliver is a seal point bicolor | |

| We can let Fancy outside, and he does just fine.....But it's in our purchase agreement with the breeder that Milo never go outside, unless in a pet carrier. Milo has absolutely no "outdoor skills". Everthing outside scares him anyway. We paid over $300 for a chain-link "kennel" for him, so he could experience the great outdoors. Rick put him in it and Milo went nuts. He loves his toys, and prefers the ones with feathers. He really likes Fancy Feast, but mainly just licks the gravey. A couple of months ago I found a kitten under a truck (up inside it) in the WM parking lot. A couple of the guys helped me get him. A very tiny gold tommy. He bit the sh%t out of my finger...I tossed him in my car. Come to find out, he had rode 52+ miles, from Battle Mountain. He plays pretty rough for such a young cat....Milo seems to really like him, but doesn't have the slightest idea of how to cope with him. Milo runs away. We got a little snow last night. | |

| It's the same for Oliver. In our agreement with the breeder he's not allowed outside either. Though we let him out into our backyard sometimes when we're out there. He likes it inside better though. All of our others go outside but we bring them in at night because of the coyotes. We've had too many cats taken by them. And the one night we didn't check to see if all the cats were in Biggins gets hit by a car. So now we ALWAYS check to make sure they're inside. | |

| We do exactly the same thing. Coyotes are real bad around here. (I was chased by one last winter) We have an addition on our house where we keep the "outside goers". I bring them in before the sun gets too low, and there are lots of days in the winter when I don't let them out at all. IE: Cold grey days. That's when the coyotes come down out of the hills the most. I've had those devils right at my front door!!!!! My husband bought me a pellet pistol to take out with me when I feed the horses in the winter. I know it won't cause any damage on their body, but I'm a pretty good shot. Maybe I can get em in the eye. I've taken Milo out on a leash and harness. He doesn't like the feel of the lawn. You can almost hear him saying...."It's touching me"!!!!!!!! | |
