I think he likes her better than the weanling he had picked out. He told me that he didn't want to get attached to her before because he knew we had planned on selling her.

I don't think he's made up his mind yet. We're keeping both unless we get reasonable prices for them, so he has until 4-H young horse group starts.

I'll have to take some today. She looks like crap. Lost a lot of weight during weaning, and is in the middle of a growth spurt. At least I finally found foal pellets they like.

He brought her to 4-H last night. She stood at the trailer and ate. All the commotion didn't bother her a bit. Loaded nicely. I really like her. She seems really smart and trainable.
