UPDATED SHOTS of the Boys.. Got some sunshine today.. YEA!

Got some sun today so let the kids out to play. Not the greatest shots since they were all tuckered out.. Anyway, here they are. The paly is Bryan and he is 2.5 months old and the other is LeRoy. He is just 2 months old.. And, yes they are furry..

we should have called him curley. He was hanging out and talking to the mares..








LeRoy just could not get it together.. He would not get out of my pocket..

They are NOT FUZZY, I can show you Fuzzy! Cute Cute boys. If it ever stops raining long enough for things to dry out! Grrrr But then this Summer I will be Praying for rain.

There hasn't even been enough sunlight here to get anybody shedding. My mare is shedded out because she's been up with the lights on. The two geldings are not even turning loose of one single hair yet. The days have been so overcast that theres not even enough light to get them losing that hair...ugh!

His name should of been curly. They are both so cute!

Mine are born with a nice coat then it gets fuzzy as time goes by. They are under lights. But, that teddy bear fur just hangs on..

They both need to be wormed and time to get halters on and learn to be big boys.. Bryan was such a brat. But has come to be a nice boy. He still likes to be in control like stand in the doorway of the stall when you come in to feed.. Stinker.. He will learn that the finger in the side does not feel that great.. LeRoy would like to just hang out with you and be petted.. He also has some skin there looking like a little hernia.. I think he will grow out of that one..

yeah nothing around here is shedding either even after a good deworming and being placed on daily wormer grr wondering if we still have a winter blast coming. As for little Annie she is already in a halter and learning about that Peppy's little ones tend to have a bit of an attitude as a foal so the sooner the better on the halter. She is such a nice little girl but awful smart and strong man is halter breaking a workout.

Almost all of my horses are shedding out... and a few who are nearly done shedding. LOL brushing on windy days is not much fun anymore...

Sticks out like a sore thumb to me.. It really is not much and will likely grow out with him. The paly had one that is already gone.. I swear I am going to invent a girdle to hold it up there so it does not get worse. I saw one but it was WAY too big.. Let me get busy on that in my spare time..

It's very odd to me that these hernias come and then go like this - very funky. I did tell you, Bluejay, that Anita rigged up a bottle nipple, and vet wrapped it... and it worked... I haven't ever tried it - should've last year!!!!

I know back in the old days they used to tape up a silver dollar or something else firm to fix that. I have thought about it and not done it. I keep thinking that the wrap will slip and not work. I should try it though..
