Your Horses Pedigrees!!

Tara thought it would be awesome if we have a thread where people posted their pedigrees ... so I'm starting the thraed ... post your horses pedigrees and then include a little picture of your horse and also let us know what you show them (even patterns)... I know I already posted my horses pedigree but oh well eheh ... my advice would be if you posting one off AQHA to black out their name and their dams name if you don't want anyone to know ... that's what I do, just in case someone has beef with me and wants to try to report me to AQHA

hah thanks! classy is like the moodiest horse ever, but shes fun on her good days yeah i like betsy's markings too, she has one that sorta looks like north america, maybe i'll take a pic of it

Doublebarr calculated her foundation % for me a while ago and she is over 90% (I forget the actual number), but I think it's kind of cool that she has so much foundation but has done well at the "modern" AQHA shows & in a bunch of different disciplines. I like to think she is a good example of the original Quarter Horse. lol.

I wouldn't have guessed Clara had Doc's Solano in her hmmm... I really like that Doc's Solano he was a neat cow horse- guess Clara truly is the all American girl

edited to add- I just checked on all breed to be sure (can't keep it all straight somedays) my daughter of Rooster is bred to a stallion who is a son of CD O'Lena but his mother is a daughter of Doc's Solano... I knew one of the girls was in foal to a horse with lines including him hopefully the baby will be half as pretty as Clara!

Aww thanks! Clara says thanks too! haha. I think she's a pretty girl but people always mistake her for a gelding. lol. Part of Clara's love of cows must have come from Docs Solano! haha. I'll look forward to seeing how your foal turns out!

She is not due till the end of April- my 2nd wave of babies all 3 due w/in 3 days April 27th 28th and 29th... but I am sure excited about hers she is a solid very pretty sorrel with just a tiny star but the sire has 4 socks and a blaze hoping to get a least a little chrome either way babies are always exciting! Im so enjoying my boy right now he is a talker love that baby whinney when I walk in the barn he seems to save it just for me too makes me feel pretty special

Aww he sounds like such a sweetheart! It's been so long since I've been around babies, I miss all the cute things they do. Good luck foaling out the rest of your mares! You'll have your hands full with all the little ones running around.

Qhorse163, Clara's just a great mare. Hopefully, she'll be able to be bred at some point. I just like the heck out of that mare.

And B&B, Vegas has so much personality - you can tell it from her face.

Tara, it's the funkiest thing, these gosh-darned Coolest mares, my mare turns her head the same way looking back at ya like "What?" And I've never seen any other mares turn exactly like that... funniest thing.

Thanks Sheila. I love her too. haha. I'm working on my mom to let me get a laser thing done on Clara that would clean up the fibroids and increase her chances of being able to carry a foal, but so far my mom is not very receptive to my plan.
