Senor Seabolt Keeps Perfect Record Alive, Sets Fastest Clocking

OPELOUSAS, LA—OCTOBER 25, 2007—Senor Seabolt kept his record perfect at six for six on Thursday evening with a 2-1/4 length win in the last of four trials to post the fastest qualifying time to the $85,000-est. Evangeline Downs Futurity.
Running in open company for the first time in his career, the Heza Fast Dash gelding pushed his career earnings to more than $272,000. Among his six wins are the Louisiana Bred Futurity(RG1) and the Louisiana Downs Championship Juvenile(RG3).

The home-bred races for Stacey Moak and is saddled by Danny Joe Eldridge. Ridden by regular jockey Alfonso Lujan, Senor Seabolt recovered from a bumpy start out of the gate to cover the 400 yards in :20.272.

Senor Seabolt and Carters Cartel are the only two-year-olds in the country to remain undefeated after six starts this season. The only other two-year-olds to win six races in 2007 are All American Futurity(G1) winner Heartswideopen(G1) and Rainbow Futurity winner Wild Six.

Racing for O. Dilon Guel, Dashing Larue, won the first trial and held on for the second best clocking of :20.321. Saddled by Ezequiel Villareal, the Hotdoggin filly was ridden by Martin Rubalcava.
