I was just thinking about how it only takes a horse a short while to lose weight and quite a while to put it back on. Why can't that happen to people? It seems that it takes forever to lose weight once you have gained it! Maybe in my next life time I should come back a skinny horse??? Laughing

If you do come back as a skinny horse, you better not come to my house! Cuz ya won't be skinny long! HA!

Oh, I think the older we get, it just takes longer to get off. I know, I'm there. I know my sister has had really good success with Weight Watcher's. I'm too busy to mess with that, though. I've lost about an inch off my waist since I've been watching what I eat, don't know how much weight and not going to look. I eat tons and tons of fruit.
