Under the article, there is a link to another story about horses at an Arabian ranch in Boulder County CO that were also found in horrible conditions and the owner was charged with animal cruelty She had 47 horses living on 4 acres, and alot of them were in bad shape. I can't imagine anyone knowingly boarding their horses in this type of situation.
