Another personal best

I caught this bad boy last night. He was so big and heavy that my arm that was holding the pole started to burn, and I thought I was going to lose my pole! I could feel my arm muscle almost burst into flames.

This is by far the slimiest fish I have ever touched. Oh and UGLY too, poor thing was aweful looking. So ugly it was kinda cute, I almost felt sorry for it.

It was about 15 pounds or just under. Slimma, your right, that was the slimiest fish I have ever touched. I almost dropped it a few times when they were trying to take the picture.

I'll go with ya'll and fish but when/if I catch one it'll be up to ya'll to get it off the hook. Cause I ain't touching the thing. Nope you can't make me. You saw how I was with that tiny little minow thing you had at the barn. I wouldn't get close to it.

Well, no wonder that sucker looked weird too me...so were you lake fishing or river fishing? Ever snag one of those there gars? Now, that'll make you dance big time! Then you shoot the danged thing.

I've caught gars before. They're wicked looking.

Carps are usually hard to catch. THey don't go after bait very well and don't even try to eat that thing. They have a big ole "mud vein" that makes the meat nasty.

I have only caught 2 gars. They usually snap my line before I can get them out of the water. Those are some ugly fish too. I saw one guy bowfishing and he shot a 6 foot 3 inch gar. Now that sucker was huge! I got this carp from the lake, and then the BF caught one just a wee bit smaller than mine.

Dont worry, I have no plans on eating that carp, or any other fish for that matter. I just cant develop a taste for fish. Something about them makes my stomach roll.

I can't go this weekend. I'm at my dad's house and we will probably be going dress shopping! Ugggghhh I hate wearing dresses. But my grandma is getting married on July 7th and I've got nothing to wear. And plus Kylie's got a softball tourny in Grand Prarie so I'll be lucky if I'm able to do playday. Maybe next weekend? Oh wait...there's a penning...hmmm maybe one day next week? I don't know...and yes I'll bait my hook but I WONT touch any dang fish...NOPE YOU CAN'T MAKE ME!!!! NUH_UH
