I'm glad there is a place to discuss racing again. It is nice to have a place to go to talk to other people in the business... wish us luck out here in CA for the first 2 yr old trials next week. We have Kindergarten trials on Saturday night.... Cool

good luck sounds very exciting! Racing is so much fun for us spectators I can't imagine being an owner/trainer I know I get vapor locked watching my stallion at the shows or showing myself Laughing

I can't imagine watching my horse riding

coming down to the wire or having a photo finish I think they would end up banning me lol!

Good luck, that is a pretty stressful part of the year, right before their first out! HOpe you get good racing luck and things go just right. Wouldn't be bad to win the million would it?

You need to win a million to live in CA! I was out there a week ago and EVERYTHING was more expensive - I feel for ya!

How many head are nominated?

The last I heard there were probably going to be 8 to 9 trials.... As of the March 15th payment there were 163 horses elgible, but you know how that always drops. They draw on Wednesday so we will find out there how many there will be. I'll be curious to see how many of the well bred horses, if any are in the trials and if there are any horses in the trials that have had bullet works...

Just wanted to say that this is a really nice forum/format. Whoever set this up has done a wonderful job. I think it's even better than the AQHA forum was. Good job.
