I know I've been kind of away, but it's been a real busy week or so for us. We went to the last show of the season for one series, took grand champion and are now offically high point halter stallion champion, which is really cool. The awards banquet is on April 18th, they're having plaques made with our names engraved in them and we're getting some really cool prizes too. It was a really cool show series, but man, I was nervous this last time because the judge we showed under has never placed us very well, but he sure did that day. I've got a bunch of really good pictures to share, I just need to get them uploaded. We've been working a lot to try and get our barn finished and get ready for show season to come in full swing. From now until February, I have at the very least two shows a month, and a lot of them are overnighters. It's going to be a busy summer, but it sure is worth it. We would have gone to the Shamrock Show last week, but Scotch came up with a gash on one of his back legs with some swelling, and I just didn't think it was a great idea to trailer him three hours to Tuscon, then back again. So, we're going to our first AQHA show this month in Beson, it's the Cochise County Quarter Horse Circuit, should be a lot of fun. Everyone is doing really well though, I'm going to take some pictures of the little palomino colt for everyone to see, and you will all get to see the before / sick / after pictures of him. He is actually looking pretty snazzy at the moment, this colt has got just the prettiest mane and tail, I tell ya. But yea, everyone is shedding out the remnants of their winter woolies, lol, it's just a big hair fest at the barn, blah, and my allergies are just kickin. Well, I've got to work on some classes this morning, then it's off to the barn to give bathes and turn some horses out, all the daily jazz. Hope you all are doing well, just wanted to let y'all know I'm still alive, and Merkile, could you email me the running horse picture for the banner thing, I'm really sorry I haven't done that yet, it's just been crazy cukoo here lately. Smile
