| Looks primarily like a perlino, and with the dun factor, you could call him what is reffered to as a dunalino, but as far as registry goes, I would go with perlino. | |

| Hee Hee.. How old is she? and is she yours? Wait to see if her mane starts changing colors. Interesting to see how she turns out.. Just wondering why you would bred a creme to a double dilution? | |

| We will be pulling hairs on this one lol. Her half brother by same sire this year is most def a Dunalino, he out of a fleabitten grey mare who dont always throw grey. He wont be turning grey either.
Genetics so throw the odd weird one. | |

| Is she AQHA? Was her brother? AQHA doesnt include Dunalino in there color selection. Of corse I can understand why, since folks come up with these color names on their own, A friend of mine had a palomino with a dorsal, she called it a Yellow Dun! Could have been Dunapal! Hee Hee.. Like the labadoodles, yorkiepoos.. What will we think of next! Hee Hee | |

| JJJ, its the color gentics people that came up with these colors.. They do explain a color. But, the registries do not reconize them.. Someday they might. But, right now they don't.. A dorsal is simply a dun no matter with ABRA.. The buckskin fily that was born here had a dorsal when she was young.. I had to register dun with ABRA.. The dorsal spread out over her back and she ended up smutty.. But, they don't reconize that either.. | |
