I may be in need of a lawyer, advice please people.

Shipping company who were going to transport my weanling wont pay me my money back even though they said they would,have email to prove that to. Well 50% of it anyway.

Have left several emails,messages on phone and there cell phone. Now there home phone disconnected. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Im fed up with people taking the mickey out of me. Im not letting them get away with this.

Advice much needed
Is there a governing body to report them to regarding transport.

Hummm. I think you would have to contract someone in the state the contract was made in. Lawyers Icon_scratch Send them a Certified letter to start with.
That is the first step letting them know you are serious! Make sure you have the letter notarized that way they know this is a legal letter, and will stand up in court. If all this fails, call the Court house in the county which the contract was made in, ask them their advise as to what you can do? This would be a start!
