Rachel did not place this year in hippology, but we had a good time. She was a little disappointed cuz last year she was 9th in the state, but she moved up a level this year so everything was harder. We had a good time. It was freezing up there and even snowed while we were there...yuck.

Well Fiddlesticks! There is next year, she will be one more year wiser and the older kids will be gone! Hee hee.. Tell her I think she is a winner!

She will do better next year. As things progress we always learn more and that is the most important thing.. She will try harder and think of things no one else thought of.. She is a winner as far as we are concerned..

She had fun and next year, she'll know more what to study for the more advanced group she's in.

That really is what it's all about.. The fun and learning part is the most important thing for me.

We ended up with 320 kiddos there this weekend. It was an awesome turnout. We had to be at Purdue at 7 am for registration and we finished up at 7:30 pm...made for a long day, but lots of fun.
