Got My Horse!! *pics!*

So we went and looked at Buckshot this morning and he was great. He's a very friendly horse, energetic and just plain fun. I forget how old he is when I'm out lunging or playing with him cause he acts like he's 4! Random but .. he knows how to "shake" and "bow" lol its crazy! He comes running up to you when you go out to the pasture and him and Indy fell in love right away thank god!

How old is he? Looks like they get along GREAT! You two girls will have a ball with them..

He is thirteen I took him out and lunged him a while, he had a LOT of bucks in him!

Oh my gosh Sara, I really like him! 13 isn't old at all, lol... I just think he is so neat looking! Can't wait to see how he looks when you get him all slicked out and fit! Congrats, you can just tell how excited you are about him

You know I ran My Barrel horse till he was 18, and I was the one that quit running barrels. But at 22 he could still put the youngsters to shame at the clinics I gave. But some of those Boys that thought they were tuff, behind the saddle! Made them think twice about what I was riding during the clinics. Hee hee.. But he was long trotted about 4 plus miles a day too.
NEVER lame in the whole time I ran him. I started asking for real speed at about 4.

WONDERFUL, and they look so happy to have a pal. SWEET.. I love it when things turn out with a happy ending..

hehe i'm so excited! He is realy pretty slicked out, the old owner sent me pics but I will make you guys wait Its hard for him to shed when we're up here in this blizzard and flooding!! UGH! It also makes it real hard for me to work him.

I still can't tell who is in charge between him and Indy. At certain times he is and then others shes pushing him around and stuff.. oh well! Things are great so far, can't wait until this slop goes away and it warms up so I can really start working on him!
