| Ice storm brought the maple up by the roots the power was out and Ty is afraid of storms and the dark so he was in bed with us our bedroom is across from the kitchen and the tree completely wiped out the kitchen and the utility room spent Sat snowing in my house and Ty kept telling me the kitchen was broken. We kept diving on top of Ty every time we heard a limb fall. We were sure something else was going to come down. Last night we all slept in the living room only room livable Ty wouldn't sleep w/o me I cant stand not being there tonight. We sectioned off the house with tarps. Today he kept pointing to the kitchen and saying rain as things were melting. Wish the insurance would get on the ball they aren't sending anyone out till Mon and the sky lights are making it very cold living. Supposed to storm tomorrow again am thinking we will have to move out for sure if insurance cant get the roof at least covered by tomorrow night or before the next round of storms. At least we got the limbs cut up and out of the kitchen so you can walk through. I wouldn't let Bob up on the house with all the ice and snow. I don't need him broken. W/O electricty can't post pics. The good I get a new roof and new kitchen. I also got a pretty filly who seems healthy and fit. My paperwork for Jesse goes to China this week so we should be on the countdown for my next little one finally. Will get some photos posted when we have electricity thinking of naming her Flurry. Dark red chestnut blaze with 2 socks on the left and a small bit of white on the right hind. I don't know where she is getting her pretty dished face from. And she is super gentle. Changed my feed program this year and love the results! Beautiful joints and legs on this one. | |

Id be telling that insurance company, Ummmm you'd better be coming up with some MOTEL money.. Maybe that will get them on the ball. BOY, you've had a very eventful week and this one will be busy too! | Sorry to hear about your home. I am glad we have no trees that can get us or the barn. I hope the damage wasn't so bad that you had to move out.. Thank God it did not land on someone.. That happens around here. And, some people are like "just got to go to the bathroom". WHEW.. You tell Ty I am scared of storms too..

| She is a cutie, and I happen to like the boys once the boy berries are gone. If the geldings could work with taxes thats all I'd own. Well I'd have to have one mare anyway cause I would miss them babies. | |

| Ok, I have a issue with geldings. Mine are Lazy. Hee hee.. For pleasure That is kind of a good thing. But if the get hurt, then that is it.. Also Putting this huge show record on one lets say its 15. There value drops BIG Time. If its a mare, well. She can now be bred and has a show record to back her up. OH, corse for the first time in my life, I have more geldings then mares. Am I liking this NO! But it was just the way things have worked out over the last couple of year.
2- Geldings Tank and my pleasure gelding 1- Stud Colt (May- Gelding Appointment) Ill Show him, KY IF program. 1- Yealing Filly 1- Broodmare 1- Yella Baby that may be sold. WILL BE SOLD!

| Ok, I will have to agree that if your showing them then yes a mare can then continue on with the babies. But out of the show ring I just love them boys. I just hate going through the stud colt age. | |

| I have to say out here it is much much easier to sell the boys- geldings that is if you are wanting to sell ranch/roping horses. Everyone wants the boys... girls just get a bad rap | |
