That left front is a little weird. TJ, I thought she looked more like she was base wide in the front? Her rear is pretty nice, it's well muscled and that means that she engages well probably. I think she's a little rough around the edges, but overall, pretty nice.

I think part of what you're seeing there TJ, is the gentleman riding. I noticed on the third video, he wasn't riding very balanced and here is my issue with this whole deal. I would like to see what the mare does when she doesn't have constant contact, they're not even giving her an opportunity to do the right thing, riding like that is what creates noses behind the vertical... It irritates me, because once that happens, it's almost impossible to fix. She doesn't have this issue now, and I have feeling that if she were allowed a little freedom on that bit, and taught how to give properly at the pole, her headset would improve. I think she's being thrown a little off balance because of the riding, but I don't think this would be a problem with a little work.

Overall, I think she handles nicely. Does she need some fine tuning? Yes.

Nope not base wide from the photos. So it is in her traveling. She is winging, etc. When she is moving toward the camera, she is Winging, Which has nothing to do with the rider.
I also see alot of Natural crest to her, giving her the look of being bowed at the neck, As bad as her crest is, I do not think this will go away. No matter how much sweating, her neck being a tad bit short, doesnt help her with this issue either. So she will always give this look, which will not look good in the ring. Period, no matter if its reining, halter or pleasure.
The one photo that shows her front end, where we could really her her legs over, will not enlarge for me. She sure sets back on her pastures.
She appears to be a bit cowhocked as well. The neck would be an issue for me, even as a preformace horse. I think she is over priced for the amount of work ahead of her. Personally JMO. I just keep seeing how far across she is from the base of her neck to the wither.

Ok I can explain that one. By the way she is Cute! But anyway, Right after you have this big win, you say, Oh, Ill price her at 10,000.00 Thinking, maybe some sucker will come along and pay me that price, after all you Dont care if I sell her or not. Then, Well something comes along and decide you now have to sell her at market price rather then the Dream Price. I think we all have priced something out there to see if we are one of those lucky few, that gets the big bite. Wish they had a video of her on line.

i get your point Tj but someone did buy her at the $10,000 but they have only had a year by the looks of things and now selling for $4,500.Thats one heck of a price loss for them in one year,i just wonder whats gone wrong ,whats happened to the horse,kinda thing

Id say the youth can not keep her togather, The way it looks. She lets her go flat/hollow backed. Also if they try to show her in AQHA over here, Well duns are not excepted as well as over there. Also they may have lost interest, maybe took a loan on her, and are strapped. Heck why not just ask!

The grays have horrible necks as far as being fat and short. The first one only looks base wide because she is WIDE and not set right. She has a Spanish flair to her.. The light sorrel is not what you want color wise..
