OH MY

I just went on a website to check out the stud of one of the horses im thinking of.Well what can i say other than yuck

If he had more meat on his bones he would be ok.
I then went on there sales page to have a look,cant believe the prices they are asking for thin horses,thin being the operative word.Some arnt bred to bad either.Oh my im disgusted

If it's BettnChips that the sire of your prospect, I wouldn't like him even with more meat on his bones. He has an awfully long back. That site was pretty yucko. I know from personal experience that certain horses are hard to put weight on, but I don't have a whole barn full of skinnies !!!

Here is my tid bit. At least they do not look like they are full of worms. And, many people like their horses lean.. Some of those necks and heads were killer though.

It just goes along with my opinion that just because you have a pedigree with some big names on it does not mean you have the best horses. And, those names are big beacuse all they have done.. All the money and points they have. Does not always make the best horse. On the other hand I have seen some not so pretty horses produce some really nice get. LA DEE DAH I say..

I love all horses of all kinds of breeds. But, if it ain't pretty I have no place for it at in my barn.
