Went well. Kids got all red ribbons. Our club doesn't place the kids. They get red ribbons for avery good job, blue for good to ok and white for needs improvement. Taegan is a PeeWee member and they basically get red unless they really screw up bad.
Brennen was real impressed with Sandy. She did super in trail & SMS. He didn't quite hit his markers that well in HMS, but was on pattern and in control, which was much more than we can say for some.
In barrels & poles, they played loud music. Turns out his pleasure pony can RUN. She blasted home for him and went really well in between the poles for a horse who has only ever seen them once. She kinda scared him. The look on his face was priceless. You have to understand that Sandy does not run. So when she galloped, she suprised us all.
I taped HMS & trail with Brennen & Sandy, but my internet won't let me put them up. I have a few other pics, most turned out so dark you couldn't see anything.
Brennen loaned Tom to Taegan to use for 4-H and our neighbor ended up using him too, as Trouble was a little off. i need the chiro out again for her. Her mom gave Brennen $40 for letting her daughter use his horse. This is the 1st time in 2 years that they have offered us anything for us loaning her a horse, tack, show clothes, and hauling.

I wish they had 4H for us old people.
