since though our paths have parted

Sara, my beautiful German Shepherd X passed today. The dogs got off the chain last night. They ended up on the highway, and this morning we recieved a call that she was hit. I had to go to school. My mom said goodbe to her for both of us. My other dog, Angel, made it home this afternoon. We had to take Sara to the animal shelter where she was put down a few minutes before lunch. It was all my fault.
