And they say Canada is worse!
1. If you give your own shots, That isnt good enough, You have to have a vet record, So her shots have to given again by a vet, Cha-Ching
2. Coggins must be drawn with in 15 days of her crossing, not longer than 45 days old.
3. Paper work must be filed by a vet, Sent to Mexico, FED EX'ed, after they are recieved, then Mexico sends them back Fed Ex'ed again. And now you have your paper work, to the tune of another 118.00
4. CVI must presented as well.

Finally, you can have your paper work. Once they reach the boarder, they are instected again to make sure that the paper work fits the horse. Another health inspection is given.

And this to go to mexico, They say Canada is much worse and more costly!

so.. you sold the mare to Mexico? I'm still confused

Abby is on her way to Mexico. They came and got her last night.

Ok Ok, this is just a horse, But she didnt know that. She really didnt.

She was upset, they called us this morning they couldnt get her back on the trailer, Peppermints, did the trick.. Poor Abby.
