I decide to work Tommy up a little just to firm him up. Not that he needs that but would like to get that neck sweating good.. Smile

The first day he was a little out of control but went both direction for me no problem. When going clock wise he fell. The arena has nice soft footing so he did not get hurt. Embarassed himself though. Now he will not go clock wise. scratch Not even if you have someone trying to drive him that way. He stops, turns an looks at you then walks up to you. He totally refuses.. No

I have walked him that direction since you can never let them win. Rolling Eyes But, this is not working him.

Would like to hear what you all think and if you have any tricks up your sleeve that I did not think of scratch

now I am not a firm believer in all the alternative so and so but I did have a Paso Fino I worked with that would go sidewise down the road to keep from going one direction, rearing etc... he was so bad the owners finally tried chiropriacter (sp) treatments and it totally worked!!!!!

That may be his problem. When he fell he could have shifted something. He is a big heavy horse. Sucker lives on air. He gets very little to eat. Still stays HUGE.. affraid

I do believe and have seen what chiropratic work on a horse can do for them. I have had this done many times to mine. I will try that. When he went out to run on his own today he did run clockwise. But, he was not on a line and did it at his own pace. Also, he did not run much.. scratch

He is not a bad boy so I figured some thing had to be wrong. I will let you know how it goes.. I hadn't thought of that. He did not go down that hard and it is really soft out there. But, like I said, he is huge and the force could have thrown him off.. Poor guy.. Sad All makes sense though. Thanks coffee
