I know how you feel when it comes to clipping an unruly horse... when we first got sophie I don't think she'd ever been clipped. The first time she was clipped my dad and one of his friends were going to do it and the twitched her and everything and she practically mauled both of 'em. Now she's a lot better I still have to have someone come out and hold her head while I do her ears and stuff cuz she likes to tease me cuz I'm so short and hold her head wayy up in the air haha. But I used to just go out when I was bored and just run the clippers around her head and rub 'em all over her face and such... that seemed to help a lot... and of course I had to give her treats all the time =P
