 NARLEY INJURY

PostSubject: NARLEY INJURY   July 8th 2010, 9:28 pm

This is a customers mare the just about tore her shoulder off here.. I have been takiing care of her the last 11 days since this happened. Interesting thing is she just leaned in to the side of the stall going in. The vet said becuase she was all tensed up these muscles exploded.. I thought she may have scratched herself going in even though there is nothing sharp to do this kind of damage on.. You can imagine what I thought when she turned around and I saw this.. affraid

It was so bad I couldn't look at it.. UGH.. No I thought she would have to be put down. I could see her shoulder in there.. Sad
She is doing fine. We took great care of her and she just has a scar there now.. Took about two months to get it healed up. She is home with her owner now. She is still in foal.. bounce And, a much nicer horse to be around after all the handling she got every day. No lameness either..
