They do grow fast..

When I pick names I sit and start thinking Then once I think of one, I go onto AQHA and make sure the name has not been used. That seems to get things going in my mind. There are other names on there that I might not thought of and so I start my list.. Once I have a list I kind of like (still using the QH site to see if name has not been used) I put numbers by them in the order I like them. Some times you cannot think of anything you like mixing up the names on their papers.

I also do my registration on line with AQHA.. It only took three weeks to get the papers back on my colt. This included the DNA test for parent verification since I had semin shipped from KA. His name is YOUVE GOTTA B KIDDIN.

I had some good names to mix up. I just couldn't think of any I liked. Some of the names were Kid Clu, At Long Last, Little Town, and a good assortment of others to come up with a name..

Does the former name come from Formers Fury?

The gal who owned him with her mother lives near here.. I am sure you know Casey Her Mom died a few years back with Brain Cancer. Very sad. She still owns one of his sons. Or, maybe it's him? I am not sure. She has a lot of horses and all I know is they owned that line and stoot that stallion. Are you coming to Spokane?

I just might make it to Spokane for something to do. I have to make a run to MN the end of August but I'll only be gone a week. Thats the end of Sept. is'nt it? Are you taking the motorhome or staying at the same motel?

It's Sept 26 and 27th. Lonnie wants to take the motor home. I do not.

It just means with all the horse stuff I have to pack, unpack and set up that I have a house on wheels to do as well. With the price of Diesel it's cheaper to stay at the hotel. So, not sure yet.

He said he will not go if we do not take it. So, I might just be alone with Tommy.. That would be fine with me instead of all the work involved in taking the MH with us.. Really, it's a ton of work. I keep it spotless and I just do not feel like doing all that.. Maybe I will change my mind...

What did you name him?

I havent even named him yet. Poor guy doesnt even have a barn name. I just call him the colt. But he does need a name. Can you think of one?
I gave him a ball yesterday to play with and it was hilarious to watch him.

Oh I have called him alot of names at times. I guess one day something will jump out at me

I think he looks like a Chis or Dennis.. Then for the real name I would have to know about his moms names..

NO, they sold that place and it's down for remodel. No restaurant there either. We are staying at the super 8 just a few miles from the fairgrounds.
