This year, taxpayers will receive an Economic Stimulus Payment. This is a very exciting new program that I will explain using the Q and A format:

Q. What is an Economic Stimulus Payment?
A. It is money that the federal government will send to taxpayers.

Q. Where will the government get this money?
A. From taxpayers.

Q. So the government is giving me back my own money?
A. Only a smidgen.

Q. What is the purpose of this payment?
A. The plan is that you will use the money to purchase a high-definition TV set, thus stimulating the economy.

Q. But isn't that stimulating the economy of China?
A. Shut up.




We are building an new arena, so its going toward that.

I will use mine just to survive.. Like pay some bills.. No time for fun and to just blow it.. Already got the TV.. 52" Toshiba LCD/HD. LOVE IT.. This keeps me happy since I cannot afford to go out or do anything else..

We got our money last Friday. Hopefully, it will just sit in the bank.

Well, babe, I have to go to court as an expert witness (some yahoo down in Houston suing his company) and I have to be there for 2 weeks, last week in May and first week in June... so I'll need that for hotel and food, but we'll get it all back...

Now, where have I heard this before??????????????

Not to mention, it DONGED (ding/ding/ding) ON ME today, that duh, May 30th is Trent's graduation... somebody better be home for that!

Might have to tattoo it on my head. I wrote checks yesterday, and every single one of them were dated for March - I'm running 2 months behind... criminey!

I was just wondering why he had to be there for two weeks Drive down, testify and get the ba geebee's outa there.. Or, tell them you are busy and need to narrow the date down..

Bad, Bad, me. I havent even filed mine yet. I hate to do the paper work and I have until October so I'm never in a hurry. I figure I'll need the money just as bad in October.

We're still waiting on a form from a project...soooo...we filed an extension and will be rushing in October!

Taxes make me crazy...we are trying to keep better records but it is still tough!
