PostSubject: Young Rider Magazine   April 3rd 2007, 1:15 pm

A small brag on my daughter, Shelby. She's almost 11 and sent a picture of her and one of our horses (Tucker) to Young Rider Magazine. She told me she couldn't wait to get the March/April issue, so she could see if it was on the last page. Wellllll, she got the magazine last week, but must have forgot to look in it, because she never mentioned it. A friend from Ohio just e-mailed and said she saw Shelby's picture in it last night, as she was looking through her daughter's copy. What a silly goose, but I can't wait to tell her!

It's a pretty good magazine for kids, I even read it!

LOL! She'd be more famous with her mother if she would spend more time in the saddle. lol!

And I was confoozled, she hasn't got the current issue of Young Rider, yet, it was another magazine. My bad for thinking my daughter was that oblivious! She's all excited to see it.

Is she in the May/June issue? There's a little blondie named Shelby in there. We just got that issue a few days ago. She's very cute and it's such a cute summery picture (as I write this, it's belowfreezing and snowing here!).

Yes, that's her - she got her magazine yesterday. I'm really surprised they used it, since the color wasn't that great (my darn digital!) and they cut Tucker's nose off. haha!

Believe it or not, that picture was taken on a summary day last November! Laughing
