I love the pretty little mare heads on both of your horses, MissLKCee! They are darling and I love all of your show outfits. You must really stand out in the ring!! How do you keep the cream SMS outfit clean? That would be a little to much for me!

Thank you so much! Very Happy

The white showmanship, well... sometimes it's a pain but it really isn't half as bad as I expected it to be! I just have to be veeeey careful. I always get my horse completely cleaned up and ready to go, and then tie her up and run and change. The main problem is the face highlighter, I have to avoid that like crazy. I always tuck my pants into my boots until right before I show (even though the boots are white too and they get dirty as well, but it's easy to wipe off). If it isn't like deathly hot out, I will also wear a really light jacket until I go into the ring. We carry a Tide To-Go pen in our little caddy, along with all the horse grooming things lol Smile ... that stuff is wonderful if I get little spots on myself. It's good to have even if you don't wear white!

Oh, we also had 2 pair of white pants made, which was defintley smart. I don't know what I would do if I only had 1 pair, I wouldn't be able to get through a 4 or 6 day show. I do a good job of staying clean until I go into the show pen, but if it is a dirt ring, I will get a bit of brown sand marks on the back of my leg (just low, around the heel). Sooo yah! It's not so bad! I just have to be a bit more careful!

Hey Jools! He is doing so well. Very Happy Tonight when I was out at the barn I made him go over some poles...at first he hit them and then he started looking for them...then he started enjoying it! He got lazy at the end and started jumping sets of two...he was just lunging over them but still...
His barn name is "Ozzie" or sometimes just "Oz"...my fiancee gave him that barn name before we even picked him up because of his blue eyes he sometimes looks like he smoked a little somethin somethin:roll:

I love this little filly. She looks like she could really sit down on those hocks!

Thanks! She's an amazing little filly...all heart! Laughing She could break out of the gates with the best of them! She fell when she was a short yearling and landed on her shoulder pretty good Embarassed (before I bought her). It held her back some in her racing career but she still earned her ROM and right now she is being bred to a palamino son of Oklahoma Fuel for a barrel pony! I'm really excited about that baby! The stud is actually line bred Oklahoma Fuel so it should be a good cross. This filly is a half sister to a stakes winning QH so we have big hopes for her in the broodmare band bounce

What is she bred like? I have a few race breds that I use mostly for speed events. Have you heard of a stallion by Beduino named White Tie?

Yeah, I've heard of him.
The filly is out of a TB mare by a son of Dash For Cash who didn't run very well at all...
I loved her mama though...she died this past fall - colic - it tore me up!
Here is a link to her pedigree
We have a Mr Eye Opener who was excellent at 250yds and shorter that we put in barrel training last June...and we have a Jody O Toole who we are about to send to a different girl to try on barrels. We also have this filly's younger half brother (he is by a horse named Paralyzing Eyes), a gelding by Boys Club and just got a neat gelding in by Make It Anywhere and they are all in race training...
Then if you get into our broodmares and babies that gets FUN =)
That is where we have "names"
